Hello past, present and future kettlebellers,
Based on the latest information released by AHS on April 6, we will continue to offer our pre-recorded Zoom classes only (no in-person classes at this time) which will commence Monday, April 26 & Tuesday, April 27. Both sessions will run for 7 weeks. Also please note there will be no class on Monday, May 24 (Victoria Day).
Please advise us as soon as possible if you are interested in this option as we will require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed. Registration information is provided below.
A link and passcode for each new Zoom workout is sent out via email the morning of the days you are registered for (Mon's/Wed's or Tue's/Thu's), and access to each workout is available for 7 days to allow you maximum flexibility for fitting it into your personal schedule. If you require kettlebells for your workout, we have a limited supply that we can lend out for the session -- please contact one of us to inquire on availability.
When we are permitted to reopen once again with partial restrictions or to resume our fun-filled group classes with all safety protocols in place, you will be the first to know. You are valued and respected, we miss you terribly and want to see you again very soon, but at the same time your safety is of the utmost importance. We want to keep you safe and if there is any possibility of resuming in person, we are on it and will make it happen. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience and realize that we may not be able to accommodate everyone at this time, but we are trying our best to do so while adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
