Hello past, present and future kettlebellers,
As we continue to adjust to life with Covid-19, we are offering pre-recorded Zoom classes as an alternative for anyone who is not quite ready to resume with attending classes in-person. Please advise us as soon as possible if you are interested in either option as we will require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed. Registration for all classes can be done on our Class Schedule page.
ZOOM CLASSES: A link and passcode for each new Zoom workout is sent out via email the morning of the days you are registered for (Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays), and access to each workout is available for 7 days to allow you maximum flexibility for fitting it into your personal schedule. If you require kettlebells for your workout, we have a limited supply that we can lend out for the session -- please contact one of us to inquire on availability.
IN-PERSON CLASSES: We will continue with all previously observed safety practices for social distanced workouts, and all students should wear masks anytime they are not in their designated workout area (the vicinity of your mat). Any participants who are experiencing Covid-related symptoms (or generally not feeling well), have recently travelled out of country, or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid, are asked to refrain from attending class until adequate time has passed. Every single student is valued and respected, and we are so happy to be able to have you back attending our sessions in person, but at the same time the safety of everyone is our first priority. We want to keep you all safe and healthy so will be adhering to all recommended safety guidelines and protocols, and we ask for your cooperation in helping us ensure of this.
Next sessions commence on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 4 (for Mon/Wed classes) & TUESDAY, JANUARY 3 (for Tue/Thu classes). All sessions will run for 7 weeks. Also please note there will be no classes on Monday, January 2 (New Years Day recovery).
